First Communion of 2013
David Funk gave an excellent sermon today entitled "Christian Joy". It has really made me think about what should really make me happy and what I should be seeking in my daily life.I was in charge of the communion service which went surprisingly smooth. There were a few little hiccups, but I don't think anyone really noticed. Some people gave testimonies as the emblems were passed out. One testimony was from a teenager who gave thanks for her church family. Awesome!
I got to play my bass guitar today, and it was fun.
This is going to be a good year!
